LEC 2017 - Dream Bigger, Aim Higher

This workshop will teach the first two tools of 8 Essentials of Equilibria: E-Colors and Personal Intervention. These foundational tools focus on practical and experiential exercises in a fun and interactive way to increase self-awareness, character, leadership, communication and collaboration. 

All those attending the workshop will need to take the Personality Diversity Indicator (PDI) developed by Equilibria to discover their E-Colors. The PDI is an on-line tool, which is offered at no cost at http://www.equilibria.com. Top right hand corner, is a tab that says, “Discover Your E-Colors”. The PDI takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The PDI, using E-Colors, heightens self-awareness of participant’s personality styles, behavioral tendencies, strengths and potential limiters, as well as produce insights into better understanding of others.
